Coming Up: Youth Group returns on September 11, 2024 from 6:30-8:30!

There is a vibrant and expanding community of youth here at Grace Chapel. Here's a quick rundown:

1) A Junior High (Grades 6-8) Sunday School class that meets every week during our 10:30 service. Past topics include the Fruits of the Spirit and the Top 10 Most Googled Bible Verses. In Fall 2024, we'll be looking together at the book of Acts.

2) A Senior High (Grades 9-12) Sunday School class that meets 2-3 times peer month during our 10:30 service. Past topics include identity, Christian stereotypes and friendship. In Fall 2024, we;ll be looking at the Sermon on the Mount

3) A weekly Youth Group for Grades 7-12 that meets every Wednesday 6:30-8:30, during the school year. Expect a crowd of 30+ teens who together are creating a welcoming and fun community committed to caring for and encouraging each other. It's hard to describe unless you come check it out! You don't have to be "this kind of person" or "that kind of person"; everyone is welcome. Once there, we play games and discuss relevant topics. Then we hang out and enjoy snack! There's always something new  - whether it's minigolf around the church, a life-sized version of Clue, or a scavenger hunt in the neighborhood. No registration required - just show up!

Every year, we also take part in activities like apple picking in the Valley, throwing a Christmas party for the women and children of Alice House, skating on the Oval, retreats at Malagash Bible Camp, and the ONE conference. In the past summers, we've also travelled to New Brunswick and Maine for mission opportunities.
